Root Rooting does not work (device not found)

I used mtmichealson's root method and installed the Motorola End User driver plus the Verizon Bootstrap, but when I used "1" in RecoveryAIO.bat, it simply says:

error: device not found
< waiting for device >

Not only that, but I tried and my Breakout will not let me enable USB Mass Storage and USB Debugging Mode at the same time, although I thought it used to. Can someone please help?

Update :

I tried to redownload the AllInOnePkg but it still doesn't work.

Also, I am using this on a Windows 8 Pro x86 machine.

By "Motorola" driver do you mean the Pantech driver? Try putting your phone into fastboot mode (by holding the back button while powering it on) before running the script. (The phone's screen should display "ANDROID DEVELOPMENT MODE!!! FASTBOOT!!!" )

I am having same problem with the program saying RecoveryAIO.bat, it simply says:
error: device not found
< waiting for device >

Does fastboot have to be installed on the phone i don't understand ?
