I tried to root my brothers galaxy s3 with odin. I have all the software installed, when i hit the start button it dose start soon after it say failed. can you help me please?

Such as what carrier are you on?
What rooting method are you following?
What software version are you on?
Have you checked the integrity of the downloaded files with the md5 checksum?
