Rooting HTC Hero

Hi.
I'm wondering if i should root my htc hero. I would like to know if i am able to reset my htc hero back to the non rooted setting if i dont like that it have been rooted, and in case of new upgrades from HTC?

And if i need to reset it, how is that done?

You can reset. I would assume you just run the relevant installer from HTCs website.

Hi guys can anyone give me tips on how to root my hero? I have firmware 2.73.707.9 ... pls any1 with the same version who managed to root their phone help me. Tnx in advance
