rooting rugby smart issues

hello everyone. i am trying to root a rugby smartphone to use some parental controls. have read several ways to do this. in process of trying unlock root software. any suggestions?

hi there. i'm kinda new to this stuff so bear with me. just trying to root a rugby smart. according to rootcheck (thanks to your information on how to root) superuser access has been accomplished. however, the apps that required root access are not working (trying to hide parental apps). since they are not working i was wondering about how to just scrap the superuser app for now without endangering the phone. thanks.
