Root Rooting Samsung Galaxy Ace SOC 1.7

Hi there I have a S.G.A which is brand new i want to root it I now all the precautions and that could do to it I try to look all over the web but all i find is
SOC 1.7
I have tried to look for this program but can't find it anywhere on the web I know this might be a noob question but where do I download SOC 1.7?
