Rooting the Android part of a doubleboott ablet

I have a Chuwi HI 10 Plus, which doubleboots into either Win10 or Android 5.1

Can rooting the Android OS interfere in any way with theWin10?

I don't think rooting Android would interfere with Windows at all. The two OSs are quite separate from each other on different partitions. Although how you root a Chuwi tablet, no ideas and there's no good reliable information on how to do it.
