Will rooting alone allow me to install programs on my memory card? I have filled my Droid up with programs and have memory is having memory issues. Also, Do I need to start over and re-install everything?
 
rooting gives you more access like uninstalling some basic components of android, you could also mess things up unintentionally. But to get apps to install on sd, you have to root & also enable a program called 'apps2sd', do a search for it.
