Router reconnect app???

Is there an app that can recconect my router like jdownloader or cryptload on pc?i need it to recconect when my laptop is not on!

Look dude i need an app that changes my ip adress on my wifi router like jwatcher but that is only remote program for jdownloader on pc......in other words reconnect......
