Routing Audio Out from Internet Browser

Coming From IPhone world....

Is there a way from internet Browser to play a video from a website Stream on my HTC One and route the audio only of this video to an Airplay device ?

I was able to do it on the IPhone but cannot get it to work on my new Phone

"iPlay Audio" and "Air Bubble", available from Google Play store are 2 programs which enable you to do this.

Can figured it out.
Like i said i try from my Android Devices to play a video with integrated Internet Browser from any Website and want that video to show up on the Android but not the Audio. I want to redirect the audio to an external Amplifier that has Airplay
