Royal Wedding gift bag sells? for £66k. Thoughts.

It's been a long while since I ventued on eBay but following a news item I followed a few of these cheapo gift bags given to c 3000 non - celebrity invitees to the castle grounds during the wedding. (search Royal Wedding guests gift bag on eBay).

This one of two I followed sold yesterday to a 200 odd transactions eBay buyer.
Will it go through? It hasn't been re - listed as yet.

I know plenty of 'purchasers' of mine and everyone's can be bogus, or new members, and fall through.

They surely cannot flip it for more so if it's genuine they're probably die hard fans. I didn't notice if proceeds go to a charity, apparently some listed as such. The tatty contents don't do the Regal image any favours (20% off the gift shop) but it was just meant as something to add to the day for those selected.

Others are going for roughly 500 - 1000 it seems.

I should look in to this more before posting, but it's a general topic.


If you have more money than sense, can I have some?

I mean some people do have more money than they know what to do with, but really?!

But if someone wants to sell their bit of royal tat, and some mug wants to hand over 500+ notes for it, then fair play.
 
I would rather put all that money into gold coins or something like that or buy a hell of a lot of Uber cars like several maybe.

From what my grandmother told me was that I am actually a descendant from the Swedish Royal family who I believe was involved in the railroads of Sweden but I think she is just trying to make us sound cooler than what we really are hahaha lol :D

I wouldn't want to be associated with them anyway because I am sure somewhere along the line there was some insane incest there usually is in a royal family!

My grandmother said I am hilarious when I told her "... "Greeeaat!"... So now I come from a long line of incestual royal people "Yay!"" XD :D:D:D

Lol I wouldn't want to hang out with people like that they are usually very corrupt and selfish people royal families.

Once I met the princess and then later the king of the Royal Bafokeng Family they are the barefoot billionaires (semi literate people born on billions of dollars worth of platinum in the Northern Cape they are filthy filthy filthy filthy rich people) but what I find so disgusting about them is that their tribe of about 150 000 people live in abstract poverty while the royal family live like super wealthy bastards.

It's scary.

They came to congratulate me for looking after their billions of dollars worth plant and all the hard work I did for them as they were lucky to get me and all that jazz.

I don't really like royal people in general that claim to be very loving and kind but the reality is they are generally just a bunch of thieves that Rob everybody and let their entire nation suffer from their disgusting greed.

I wanted to say this to their princess (and I later met the king) but it was most probably not a good idea since they had paid me a lot of money but still I wanted to really speak my mind.

You can't even spend all that money not in like 100 000's of life times so why keep it all to yourself?

Lol I should be very careful of how much I speak sometimes it could land me in some seriously hot water if I am not careful.

But from what I have seen I generally don't like them and their scary selfish ways.

If I had that kind of insane money like that with billions of dollars worth of platinum I would do all kinds of amazing things like make work for my people that benefits everyone and maybe open up that medical research center I always wanted to make.

It's beyond scary to keep all that money to yourself :/

Sometimes I have a very nasty mouth so please forgive if you like the royal family :)

But I generally don't like them!
 
Just because someone sounds like a meatball, doesn't make them Swedish. (Sorry, @Stinky Stinky , I couldn't resist ;) ) :D


My grandfather used to say we were descended from Italian aristocracy and pirates. Seeing how both those groups were notorious for screwing around, I have no doubt there is some truth in that. Heck if you go back far enough, I'm sure everyone has some interesting ancestors. :)

Not only do they feed off the masses by eating all the tax payer's money but they then they walk around like they are more important than the whole universe combined! :-D

I don't know why people arent freaking out when they see how much insane amounts of money has been set on fire a disturbing 45 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!

(32 million!!!!!! just for security alone! No brainer when you're trying to pay so much for security because when you steal that much money everybody wants to kill you!)

Sorry I just couldn't resist if I was a tax payer in the UK I would love to sue :)

Let's not stray on to whether the Royal family represent value for money, or a massive drain on the taxpayer, that's a bit P&CA.
We're discussing the benefits of a £66k bag of royal wedding tat here :)
