Rubber Outside on the Defender Case

I have the defender case by Otterbox for my One X and it worked well up until the last month or so. The rubber seems to have either expanded in the heat or expanded from constant removal I guess and now it doesn't fit. I've stopped using the outside covering altogether. Is there anywhere I can buy a new rubber covering before I go to customer service?

Otterbox customer service are great, so it'll be easier just to give them a call, rather than look for a replacement.

I've had to deal with them twice, all I needed to do was email them a pic of the faulty item and they sent me a replacement without any arguing whatsoever.
