We're still a few months out from the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 6, but we're finally getting a clearer picture as to what the phone will offer. A new rumor has surfaced which claims that the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 SoC. The chip is essentially identical to the SD820, but sports a higher clock speed for improved performance.
