Run call recorder app as service only

I have installed the Call Recorder application from CleverMobile. This app basically runs as a background service which records calls. And it also has a UI which is launched by the application icon on the app drawer.

I want to know is there way I can run this app as only service i.e. I dont want to show the application launcher icon in the app drawer. This service should run as soon as I turn on the phone.

I know there are alternate launchers that will let you 'hide' apps from the app drawer. Try maybe asking around in Android Lounge
