Running / gym with HOX

Anyone go running with their HTC One X- is it too big? I currently use my HTC Desire in an armband, but I am getting a HOX in the next day day or so.

Anyone use it for running and any armband recommendations?

Thanks

I've used this a couple of times. It was ok for running/rowing etc, but it was pretty cumbersome and uncomfortable when using weights etc. It's certainly usable, and at no point did I think my phone was going to fall out, but I imagine your Desire would be a lot easier to use. :)

The other complaint I have with that one specifically is that it was near impossible to take the phone out once finished. I've ordered this in the hope that it's a little easier to remove the phone.

Looking at the pics, with mine, the phone would slot in from the top, where as the back opens for yours. I've used iGadgitz stuff before myself and always been impressed.

I actually like the look of the one in your link and if it wasn't for the fact that I quite literally minutes ago received an email telling me my order had just shipped, I'd cancel and go for that one.

Something to mention with these if you use the ZAGG invisibleSHIELD is that the plastic on the front and the screen protector stick to each other and pull it away from the screen........as i found out with my Desire and the iGadgitz one.
Zagg did replace the screen protector for me after a few emails.

Question is - is it too big to strap to your arm and go running with? No issues with my HTC Desire - but will get my HOX later so not so sure.

My iGadgtitz arrived this morning and whilst still a little cumbersome, it feels much better than the first one I bought. The phone also slips in and out with relative ease.

I've not had a chance to test properly, but I'll be able to test and report back about how it actually performs tomorrow.

It doesn't feel too big in the armband, just find one that fits.
Mine is slightly too small, but I do like the fit in your hand from just holding it whilst jogging. The bigger span just feels more comfortable, strangely, but get a silicone case to ease the grip on it.

I am not finding armbands that comfortable anyway, might find a pouch to run with to put the phone in.

Yeah, I used to run with my phone in my hoodie pocket; I cut a hole on the inside I could put the headphones through and run them up the inside of my hoodie. That way I could easily access my phone.

When it's hot though, wearing a hoodie while running isn't too smaht; unless you're trying to drop weight for a fight or something.
