Running kiosk mode on Asus Zenpad?

We are trying to root the Asus Zenpad to run as a kiosk. We will be running our application only, and will likely need a custom launcher and the ability to disable everything other than our application.

Does anyone have experience with this, using this device or similar ones? How did you accomplish this?
