If your device is rooted, I recommend Disable Service. Unlike some other root apps of this ilk, the permissions don't need to be re-revoked on apps when updating. If unrooted, Startup Manager is the best in my experience.
Either way, be advised that these are not 100% successful. Some apps/services are written to restart themselves, so preventing them from starting is counter-productive.
