Russian Keyboard wont work.

I have the Samsung galaxy s4, I installed a Russian keyboard and when I try to send texts out to people it sends them a message with "????????". But when I receive Russian texts I can read them perfectly. Please help me on how mine can work.

I might suggest trying a different keyboard. There is a great keyboard available on the Play Store called SwiftKey. It can run up to 4 languages at once (including Russian) and has a bunch of beautiful themes and skins that come with it.
