S Health App

S health App was released for the Galaxy S3 some time ago but I cannot find it anywhere. Is is supposed to be on More Services I think but I cannot find it at all.

I have looked in More Services, Samsung Apps and even Google Play.

Anyone know how to get it, thank you.
 
According to Samsung on latest Android Version which is 4.3 the S Health app should be under More Services for UK .

Definately not there
