I just got a new phone and I'm trying to restore my old data. Everything was backed up but I can't get any of my previously recorded data back

What did you use to backup? Usually if you use Samsung backup via Samsung account service it will be backed up. Or you can try Helium.

It was either with my Samsung or Google account, my s5 had a restore option, this new version doesn't
