Help S Health

My wife has been using 'S Health' on her Galaxy S4 for some time. She now also has an S5. She is not yet ready to transfer everything, but would like to use 'S Health' on the new S5. The problem is that whilst her 'S Health' Profile and Rewards show on the S5 her 'Programme history' shows 'No history'. How can she sync her workout data and programme history between both phones, or at least transfer all her S Health data from
the S4 to the S5?

S Health on my Note 4 also shows "No history" under "Program history". To see what I did on previous days, I have to go into the corresponding applet (e.g. "Steps") and look at the "TREND" tab. Under "Manage items" there is a "PROGRAMS" tab, which lists 4 programs designed for runners. I suspect that these are the "programs" which "Program history refers to. I have nt enabled any of them, because I shouldn't be running anyway. Since I only have one Samsung, I can't answer your question about syncing, but maybe this will at least help you find the relevant information.

Many thanks for your reply rsbrux. I have now resolved this query myself. The problem arose after updating the 'S Health' app, which then no longer showed her previous workout data and programme history. I got round this by uninstalling the update in 'Application Manager', to revert to the previous version, where her programme history was quickly recovered. She must now be careful not to inadvertently update the app again. It does seem a pity that she cannot use the latest version though.
