S-Pen issues

When I remove the s-pen from the device, it shows the air command menu, but the device doesn't respond to the touch of the pen.

I have 3 pens here with the same result.

All options for the s-pen in the settings menu are turned on.

What might my problem be?

Semper Fi, Sarge! I just saw this and thought you'd waited long enough. If you haven't yet figured it out, this issue is worth a call to Samsung. I would be interested to know what solution they propose for you!
