s pen screen is unresponsive

I have a galaxy note 2 when im using the s pen it has a specific part of the screen that the s pen's airview is not working and if im using the s note you need to press it more harder that the other part os the screen need help asap please!!!

It sounds like a hardware problem, which should still be covered under warrantee. As a test, try a non S-pen app and see if touch response to your finger is dull in the same part of the screen (though it's possible it could only be an issue with the stylus). The more info you can provide, the better your chances of a speedy fix. Before bringing your Note 2 back, be sure you have everything backed up.
