S Pen Scrolling

Hi, I'm new here (just joined) but have always checked this site for help (thanks!).

Does anyone know which apps/lists the S Pen scrolling feature works on?

It doesn't seem to work on everything, e.g. I used it on Instagram but it didn't work on Chrome.
