Help S voice not working

Is anyone else having trouble with S-voice. The program does nothing, just after i say something like "hows the weather." it repeats my question along with the say hi galaxy to wake up. Nothing happens. Does S Voice connect to att server to work like siri, maybe att website has disabled S Voice for the momment? Any Ideas?

Have you tried clearing the app data? System > Application Manager > All > S Voice > Clear data
