Help s voice problem

i had disabled s voice because i wasn't really using it much. now that i re-enabled it, i can't hear its responses, i tried spanish & french & i hear them but not the english(us) voice i muted & unmuted but still nothing. does anyone know a fix for this? thanks in advance.

To the left of the Microphone what icon do you see?

If it is

Then the sound is muted and tap it to tun it back on.

i have it on the opposite but still no sound.

Mine was doing the same thing ,so I went into s voice settings and turned off auto speaker and turned it back on, that has fixed it...for now.

I'm having the same dam issue, I can see the message in the bubble but no sound is coming from the s voice, how do you fix that problem? I tried everything and still having no sound at all

Have you guys tried clearing the data for the S-Voice app?

Settings -> Application Manager -> select the All tab, select S-Voice and then select Clear data. Let me know if that works for you.
