S voice went off while phone was charging?

Last night I woke up to S voice on my galaxy s4 while it was charging. My Lock screen was on while it did it. I got into my phone and saw that my chrome browser was open telling me to download something to make my phone charge faster. What is this? I'm afraid my phone has a virus or even might be hacked.

S voice also activated when I was on my phone this morning and the same thing popped up, it said the whole Web address of the site that wants me to download the app

Not that I know of, I did a factory reset and it hasn't done it after that

It may pay you to clear the cache now and then as a Factory Reset clears all temp files etc. when doing a Reset.
