Help S voice works but not voice

My S Voice works fine except it's not talking back to me... The little face in the bottom left corner is there, but no voice.. I know the sound is up because I hear the beep when it's figuring out what I say... Anyone else having this issue? I can't seem to find anything online about it.
 
Try going to Settings > Language and input > speech and playing with the settings there. I have the Google TTS set for the text to speech engine and it works well for me.
 
Im not talking about the text to speech. I mean the S-Voice.. When you push the center button twicce and it pops up and u can give it commands like the Iphone Siri.. It has stopped talking back to me. I could ask it what the weather was for today and it would display the weather and tell me. Now it just displays it. I could ask it a question and it would tell me the answer. Nothing anymore.

I think the text to speech options control S-Voice too.

I've tried S-Voice out though and I seem to be having the same problem, plus it's a lot slower than usual. Might be server problems. :(
 
It is 12:00 in Illinois and s-voice is working very slow and has no voice. Is there a fix coming soon. My son just bought a iphone S4 and siri is amassing do you think the s-voice will ever get this point?

S Voice has never been brilliant.

When the Android Jelly Bean update reaches us, we'll get the new Google Voice Search which is amazing.
