Samsung have begun rolling out the August 2025 security update for the S21 series on Android 15/One UI 7.

The, "S", in the Version number, G998BXXSGHYH1, confirms this. I doubt that there will be any further development on the S21's now that they are nearing their EoL I am sad to say.

Mine's battery is beginning to not last as well as it used to (worse that AccuBattery's "90% battery health" estimate would imply), but I reckon I can probably get another year out of it before it becomes intolerable.

Mine's roughly the same. Not too shabby after 4.5 years of use.
