S3 Camera issues when filming?

Hi folks.I've just recently got a new Samsung Galaxy S3 mini and I'm having some problems with the camera.
When filming using the flash the video appears quite grainy and you can see things moving on the screen sometimes it looks like small bubbles!Small white objects floating around?Very strange.
I've not noticed this when filming outside. It isn't an effect as all effects are turned off. This is something that's happening when filming with the flash on.Also with the flash on the film looks really grainy and not very good quality.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this at all and have any idea what could be causing it?
Thank you folks.

Have you tried turning the flash (LED) off is settings? I've noticed with the LED on it washes out the picture.

Hi there, thanks for your reply.Do you mean just turning off the main flash? If the flash light isn't on and there isn't enough natural light it looks really dark(kind of yellow)With regards to the small things moving on the screen it's actually bits of dust in the air but against the strong flash light they look big!
I still can't get round the grainy look when filming/taking pictures indoors though?
Any further help/advice would be much appreciated. Thanks folks!

Hi folks. The small "things" I was seeing moving around on the screen was actually small particles of dust in the air that the flash was making look bigger.I'm still getting used to the camera on my S3 mini.Does anyone know if the default movie "Wonders of nature" that comes with the phone was actually filmed using an S3 mini? The quality looks excellent and I am unable to get as good quality films as this from mine?
Thanks folks!
