Help S3 Mini "Unkown Device" when connected to PC

Before I can connect my S3 mini and im using CM 11.0 ROM and then I reformatted my PC and after that I installed the drivers needed also kies and tried to Connect my s3 mini then suddenly it doesn't recognize my device and every time it will have an installation its always failed and it is labelled as unknown device, Now I installed CM 12.0 which is 5.0.2 and still it doesnt work, what should I do help me please :(
 
Are you saying Kies or the drivers failed to install? Unknown device suggests drivers aren't installed

I mean when I plugged my phone and windows is searching for drivers its failed tho I already downloaded the Samsung USB Drivers and Kies. I tried Turning on/off usb debugging but still no luck. Tried Removing the battery and wait for 10 sec and put it back still no luck. What should I do sir? help me thanks
 
OK did you download the drivers separately or as part of Kies. Are you running a Windows PC?
 
If you go to your PC when the phone is connected navigate to control panel and then device manager. Does the phone show up or is there a yellow triangle with a "!" inside it?

I doesn't show up there. It's "Unknown Device" with a yellow "!" inside a triangle.
Tried uninstalling it and plugged my device after that installation is on process and after that failed :(

Tried using the samsung usb cable and other cable but still no luck. When I borrowed my sister's Samsung phone and tried to connect it to my PC, my PC recognise it. I can't say that the problem is on my ROM coz before my PC recognise it using this rom and I don't read some comments about USB not working. What might be the problem? Help me please thanks :)

I already tried 1. Factory Reset 2. Reflashing my ROM 3. Do a Wipe of Data, System and Internal Storage still no luck. :(
I will try to buy a new cable and try to plugged it to other computer to see if the PC have the problem or my phone itself .
 
Connect your phone to the PC, then wait for it to be recognized as unknown device. Then open Device Manager on PC, locate the unknown device driver, then uninstall it. Disconnect the phone, clear the PC cache, then restart. After the PC has restarted, try reconnecting the phone (with the PC connected to the internet) so that it will search for the correct drivers. If this fails, do the same thing again, except this time, install the drivers you downloaded before connecting the phone.

As for Kies, you need to remove it. You're running a custom ROM, it's just getting confused because it cannot recognize the phone properly.
