S3 or AtrixHD

All these phones are driving me crazy. So, looking at both of these right now and I am concerned I will make the wrong choice. LOL

ATrix HD:
+: On screen keys, almost a true vanilla ICS experience, Moto build quality, Moto excellent radio reception, excellent display, Hot Swappable Micro SD, Dedicated HDMI port
-: No nfc, sealed battery, lower capacity, camera not quite as good

S3:
+: Bigger screen(marginally), nfc, bigger battery and swappable, slightly better camera, excellent display
-: Touchwiz, Samsung build quality, Samsungs radio.

Probably beating myself up over this, but it's always nice to get input. I probably could add more to the above as far as plusses and minuses for each device, feel free to comment.

I was skeptical of the radios as well (like you). I've seen the horrors of the Galaxy S. However, the S3 is actually pretty darn near perfect now.

I know, right? I mean, a Galaxy phone, getting accuracy better than 300m with gps? Locking on in under 15 minutes? What is this sorcery?!
In all seriousness, it's MUCH improved. HTC quality, as far as I'm concerned. I get gps lock in about 10 seconds or less, great reception, etc.
The sd card is also hot-swappable in the S3.

As for the on-screen buttons, I'd say the S3 has it more sorted out. You have a menu key, that doubles as your search key if you long-press, your home key that doubles as recent apps, and the back key.

Also, thanks to the bootloader issue, the S3 will easy get more root support. If that matters to you.

HaHa! Bought the S3, really happy so far. Actually bought 2. It wasn't easy, the Atrix HD looks and feels great. Blur is a thing of the past. It's pretty darn close to stock ICS.
