Help s3 ringtone/alarm revert to dafault!?..

Hi,
I've had my uk a3 for afew months, and been having this issue where I set my preferred ringtone, notification sound and alarm, but find randomly, the phone decides to revert back to what I presume was the original sounds!?

Anyone else this issue, or know of a solution as I hate my early morning alarm to be what it changes to (walk in the forest)...

Ringtone: I downloaded Zedge and found a ringtone that has stuck and never reverted to the default.

Alarm: I don't think there's a way to set a new and different default alarm. I just keep a couple of alarms always there (with my preferred ringtone, also from Zedge), and change the time when I need it. A less than elegant work-around, but Samsung forces it.

Calendar notifications: There is no way to set a default with your own non-Samsung tone (per Samsung). An app, Calendar Event Reminder, allows you to do that.
