Help S3 talk back

Dear friends,
i activated talk back facility in my S3 but unable to deactivate the same. Everytime i open the mobile it is irritatingly talking back to me.

The problem is im not able to scroll up and down to reach the accessibility option to disable the talkback option. Please anyone help me in resolving the issue

Two ways of reaching accessibility menu (jelly bean):
1) Go to settings. Tap settings once. You will see a yellow outline. Tap twice. You are now in the Settings page. You can scroll up/down by touching two fingers on the screen. Go to Accessibility, tap once (you will see a yellow outline) and then tap twice. Scroll down again with two fingers, tap Talkback once and then tap twice. Now you tap on 0/I switch (yellow outline) and then tap twice. Select OK. Talk Back is switced off!!!
2)Press and hold the power key to use the accessibility options under device options. Tap once and then twice as I described above....

#dimpartsi: I have just today recived 4.1.2 on my Galaxy SIII and I setup talk back. Big problems afterwards; but with yours help the screen works again.. Thanks...
