No direct way of connecting the two. Would require a Digital->analog convertor that may be a bit pricy for one that support HDMI and can downscale the resolution.
Actually, just looked and prices are lower than when I first looked years ago for such a device. Now only about $50 for ViewHD Universal HDMI to Composite / S-Video Converter. Also, you will need the HDMI addon for the GT-I9300 to get a place to connect the cable to the convertor to. The MHL adaptors list for about $40. So before looking at the cost of cables it is just shy of $100.
