S3 to TV via wireless?

Any way to watch netflix or another movie on my phone, and also on my Tv?
I have a google Tv which has internet.

I was hoping someone could help me get ROMS on my S3?

I found some vids on youtube, but I was looking to see if you guys know "safer" ways, or what are your preferred ways to do it.

I know the EMulators are on Play, but not the games, so what website do you guys recommend, and what process should I follow?

There is a netflix app for android so you should be able to watch on your phone and on your tv. Use the same email address for both will work too.
