Help S3 Weather symbols

Hi, I'm the new kid on the block. Just bought my S3 and am struggling to get used to it after being a Blackberryite!! Can someone tell me pls, what does the symbol in the top RH corner of the weather panel mean that looks like a sun and has a number in it? Is it pollen count? UV?
