My S3 got wet with fruit juice. I opened it up and wiped the outside and inside off with clean water and then dried it off. I then put the phone in a bag of rice for the day. The phone still won't power on.

What should I do next?
Is there somewhere that will repair the phone? Most places I found do screen repair for broken glass, but the phone is in perfect physical condition, no scratches or dings.
Is this fixable?

Is it worth having repaired? or purchase another?

Honestly, I would put it back in the rice for a couple more days. If that doesn't work, I'd dissasemble it and check to see if something looks peculiar. If I find something and figure out what isn't working, I'd replace it.

If that doesn't work, I'd buy another, or send it in for repair which sometimes is more expensive than buying another.

Thanks for using AF! :dalek:

Welcome to Android Forums!

Swappa is a very good place to buy gently used Android phones. You might consider that while shopping for a new device; and it's always good to have a spare you can activate if thing like this happen :)
