When I get a text notification I don't like where it shows any calls I received from that person or missed calls and it uses a different text feature than the normal one. How can I change it back to normal?? I don't like seeing all missed / received calls in the text box.

Can you explain your issue in a little more detail?

You do not like the call log screen? Or the SMS/MMS inbox?

To change the view in the call log, go to the Call Log ("Recent") and then press the menu key. Click "view by" and you can change the filter that is applied.

I just got a text message and the notification shows a redish/orange text symbol at the top....when I tap to see new messages it pulls up the text with the contact listed at top then right under that it has where you can choose All, Texts, Voicemail, Calls, Favorites. I don't like this feature and can't figure out all to turn it off.
