S4 Limits SMS to 3 then switch to MMS

My Samsung Galaxy S4 Limits SMS to 3 then switch to MMS while I am typing. How can I keep SMS Format?
 
If you don't have an option in your mms settings menu to change it, then the only other option to keep sms format will be to try an app like Go SMS Pro from the Play Store. I think the Messaging app does this to keep down network traffic :)
