Help S4 Mini Duos Software Update

[Android Question]

I have this weird problem where my phone (Galaxy S4 Mini Duos) won't update. Whenever I try to search for updates on my phone it tells me the latest firmware has been installed and so does Kies, although I'm still stuck on Jelly Bean 4.2.2. I've tried pretty much everything and am getting very desperate and annoyed. Has anyone experienced similar troubles or does anyone know how to fix this?

If your model number is GT-i9192, Sammobile current firmware version as 4.4.2
You can create a free account and downloaded the correct firmware for your country and carrier and flash with Odin.
Once you select the proper firmware, instructions for flashing are at the bottom of the download page.
