Over the weekend my S4 mini suddenly lost WIFI connection to my sky broadband router. Each time I shutdown the mobile and restart it the connection reconnects and then drops out. My wife's I-phone and our laptops connect to the same router without any issues.
I can connect to other routers without any issues but I have the exact same connection loss issue when connect my phone to my parents sky router and also my in-laws sky router.
All info I have researched talks of issues with the router and to connect to it and make changes. But I believe my issue must be with my mobile for the reasons above.
Prior to the connection issues I had made no changes to the mobile. I have subsequently run all available updates for my mobile but the issue remains.
Would appreciate any suggestions please.
