S4 turns off randomly when screen is off?

I see so many posts regarding the same problem I'm having. Not just with the S4, but the Galaxy phones period. However, I've never really come across a fix. Any advice for someone who is dealing/dealt with the issue? New phone. Love the phone, hate the issue.
