Help S5. Can't disable ultra power saving mode

I foolishly enabled ultra saving mode this morning. All went black and white and limited actions as I expected. I then pressed disable ultra power saving mode and it just gives me the turning circle with "disabling ultra saving power saving mode" on it. I've tried several times and it just sticks on that message. Also taken out the battery and tried soft reset. The settings menu has limited option only network connections, sound and display.
It's dead, isn't it?

Try going to the regular power saving mode settings. I had a similar issue, there was a switch that need to be turned off in regular power saving mode.

You could try to look for the app in App manager, if you can get into App manager. If you find the app, clear data. Sorry I can't be more help.

Try backing your photos up with Samsung apps before a factory reset. Some stores like Inkley's may help you get your pictures out first. They are the only store I know of that help iPhone users. Maybe they will help Samsung users too. In Samsung I have seen two places for power saving. Try turning on power saving from pulling the top of the screen down to get it out of ultra power saving to see if it works. Otherwise try settings General and click on the word Power Saving rather than using a toggle or tickbox. See if you can get into Power Saving advanced settings.
