Hi guys, my device (SM-G900F) still has the Android 4.4.2 and the update doesn't come yet.

I don't know why.

Please, help me or give me a little bit of advice

PD: I bought my smartphone in Colombia but I live in Ecuador and also my carrier is Movistar Ecuador.

The reason that your phone has not been updated is because it has been modified. See #1.10 of 41 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

Product code XME is for Malaysia

CSC code OJV is for the Middle East and North Africa primarily.

You can either download and flash the latest stock firmware for Malaysia, which may not contain a Spanish language pack but will have English. If you flash this firmware you will receive automatic updates for your XME Product code, in future.
