Help S5 screen cracked/can't see. Need to unlock to transfer files

My s5 screen cracked and I can't see the screen. I have a pin lock on my phone. I tried plugging into Android manager and Kies, but neither work. The Kies asked for phone to be unlocked, Android just keeps saying "restart device."

I have a new S5 coming and I'd like to access some files from my phone.

I have the google settings thing enabled and when I logged in through Google to the "device manager," all I can do is lock the phone, or ring it. No way, that I know of, to unlock it.

Anything else I can do?

Screen is too badly cracked to enable entering the pin code in the blind?

I was going to suggest Kies also, but just remembered that it also asks for phone to be unlocked before it will connect.

However, give this a try and see if it will allow you to unlock on screen.

I am loading up SideSync 3.0 to see if it will work and it DOES!!!

I just unlocked my phone w/o the screen even turning on.

I have a MAC, no a PC, and your link takes me to the app store for android. How do I install it on my S5?

Also, my screen is totally black...

EDIT: Ya, it won't work since it's not installed on my phone.

Is there a PIN code template I could try? I've been trying to see if I could someone unlock it blindly but that isn't working.

Do you have your samsung account linked on your phone?
