Help S5 won't go to Web without wifi

I am still finding problems with my S-5. But I think the root is that my phone is not accessing the Web with out the aid of wifi. In my area the cell coverage is pretty good. I have Straight Talk. It is probably a setting I have missed. Standard Data and Enhanced 4G LTE services are checked.
Any Suggestions?

Check the APN if it's correctly setup. The proper settings are carrier specific though, so you'd have to talk with them about it.

Thanks, it took me about 2 hours with tech support. The APN settings were the root of my problems.
