Help S6 Edge Bad Signal?

Summit14

Newbie
So, I recently purchased an S6 Edge from Verizon, actually my whole family did. Before, when going to certain places, like Walgreens or Best Buy, cell signal seemed fine. However, ever since switching, I have noticed a very low or even non existent cell signal. Due to the low signal, it also drains the battery.

I know this isn't a carrier coverage problem either, since a few friends of mine also have Verizon, and are able to get full bars in those areas. It only seems to be with the S6 Edges, for all my families phones.

I have tried taking it out of global, wiping cache partition, etc. Is this a physical problem or software. Just seems weird that its all the phones, which makes me think they either put a crap antenna or its software related.

Any help or tips is much appreciated, or if anyone has any news or experience about this also, please share.

It is the phone. Galaxy S6 Edge pretty much has a design flaw or manufacturer used poor components for this smartphone. I have a few friends that also have the Galaxy S6 Edge and all complain of the same problems which is poor wifi and cell reception. Not a carrier problem but rather the phone its self. Maybe they detuned it to save battery life or just stuck a poor chipset with bad antennas in there.
