Help S6 Edge + Fast Charging works only after phone is turned off

Hello guys,

I'm having an S6 Edge + and recently I've noticed that fast charging is not working properly. More precisely it works only after the phone is turned off and then turned on.
For charging I'm using the original charger that came with the device and usually I'm plug it in for charge when the battery is at 15%.

Any ideea what should I do?

When purchasing a S6 Edge+ you automatically receive a fast charger.
Please check two things for me.
Make sure that you are using the Right Charger + USB Cable that was given from factory.
Make sure that the actualy Charger says "Adaptive Fast Charging".
Hope this helps out!
If you have confirmed all of these...
It will mean that you have Hardware Issue.
Perhaps you have dropped the device or the bottom charge port has some water damage or dust got in.
