Help S6 edge plus wireless charger issue

Hi guys,

I just purchased an S6 Edge Plus and the Genuine Samsung wireless charging pad kit. My issue is that it begins to charge but then after a minute or so it stops. The charging pad should show a solid blue light ring while charging and then turn solid green once it's fully charged. Mine starts with the solid blue ring but then starts flashing blue and stops charging. I've tried it with and without the phone case and have even replaced the charging kit with a new one and have same issue. Is this a known issue or something wrong with my device?

Try insert the power adapter into the power outlet the other way. I believe the 2 blades on the power adapter are the same size and you can plug it in one way or the other.

The Problem is the ampage of your charger if you connect the pad to your samsung travel charger that came with the phone it will work perfectly, but if you use a other charging cable/plug it will do what you are describing, it is because the main cables/charges on the market are rated at 1 amp, and the pad requires 1.5 amp to work so it will charge iniatially for about 1 minute then it will go off, and then come back on again and so on and so on, use the supplied cable or purchase a 1.5 amp or over and you will have no problems. Hope this helps.
