Help S6 Edge Touch Keys not flashing or vibrating

I bought my new Samsung Galaxy s6 Egde phone a couple of weeks back, and suddenly today the touch keys (on the bottom of the phone) stopped flashing and vibrating when I touch them. They still function, and the vibration engine still works with other things like the keyboard. The lights, however, I can't seem to make them light up, even with 3rd party apps. Please help, I really liked the flashing and vibration.

At the risk of being obvious, have you gone to settings and checked if the Vibration feedback setting is checked off/on.

I have gone through all the settings on the phone, and I knew the obvious answers would come. It is checked on, so that can't be the problem. I have used the power saving mode a lot lately, and I suspect the phone maybe is "confused" when it's in normal mode. When I reboot the phone, the button lights flash for a very brief moment, so idk. I have no idea ehat may be wrong. Maybe I should factory-reset?

the feedback and lights of the touch buttons is turned off when power saving mode is on. Nothing wrong with your phone this is how its meant to be when activated. if you want them on then turn off power saving
